Rome Perspective Fest Rules

1. Eligibility: - Movies have to have been finished in the previous two years. International filmmakers of all backgrounds are welcome to submit.

2. Categories**: - Shorts, Features

3. Submission : – Films have to be sent in via the official festival website. Every entry must be accompanied by a filled-out entry form and the necessary payment. - English subtitles are required for any non-English films.

4. Selection : - Every contribution will be examined by a selection committee. Notification of the chosen films will be sent by the deadline listed on the festival website.

5. Screening Formats: DCP, Blu-ray, or HD digital file are acceptable formats for screening.

6. Premiere Status: - While not necessary, films with RPF premieres are preferable.

7. Permissions and Rights: - Filmmakers must be able to legally submit and show their works. Filmmakers agree to allow RPF to utilize film clips and publicity for festival promotion by submitting.

8. Attendance: - To take advantage of networking possibilities and Q&A sessions, filmmakers are urged to attend the festival.

9. Awards: The jury will select the winners in a number of categories. - The closing ceremony will announce the winners.

10. Conduct: - Every participant is expected to follow the festival's rules and act appropriately.

11. Changes and Cancellations: RPF retains the right to alter the itinerary and specifics of the event. - There is no reimbursement for submission costs in the event of cancelation.
